When we first opened our home to guests 8 years ago the economy on the Big Island was depressed, much as it is throughout the US and world today. So, in an effort to provide some additional financial assistance to our guests we are bringing back a program we offered when we first opened.

If you would like to pay your balance (I am sorry, we are not able to offer this discount for booking deposits) with cash you may do so and receive a 5% cash discount. Please be aware this is for cash payments only and yes, we will still charge state GE and TA taxes.

This is not an offer to avoid paying required taxes. It is meant as a discount on your balance in that we would not be paying credit card fees on the transaction so we can pass this savings on to you.

We appreciate our guests, both new and returning, interested in staying with us when we are all facing much tighter budgets. Bringing back this offer was actually inspired by one of our returning guests who remembered it from when we first opened.

We are always thankful for input and credit our guests feedback and our staff's dedication as the prime result of our continued success.
