Best Bed & Breakfast
The picturesque Palms Cliff House Inn, located at 28-3514 Mamalahoa Hwy. in north Hilo, won “Best Bed & Breakfast” in the “Best of East Hawaii 2009” contest. The quaint retreat provides excellent customer service in a culturally relevant environment. They give a fond mahalo to all who voted for them in this year’s reader’s choice contest and encourage residents of the Big Island to book a room and get away from it all.

This is the second time The Palms Cliff House Inn has been honored with this award. It was received in 2005 as well.
With more than 75 Bed and Breakfasts in the Hawaii Tribune Herald's Distribution area, receipt of this honor; signifying recognition by the resident population of Hawaii Island of exemplary commitment to service and guest experience, humbles us. We try hard, to make each guest's experience unique and this recognition is tangible evidence that we are succeeding in our goals.
